In partnership with Best Companies Group, The Best Places to Work award is designed to identify, recognize and honor the 100 best companies to work for in Chicago. Rankings are determined in a two-step process. The first step evaluates companies’ workplace policies, practices and demographics. The second step uses a wide-ranging survey to assess the experiences and attitudes of employees with respect to their workplace. The best scores determine the final ranking.
